Zhuhai China Resources Bank (English: China Resource Bank, CR Bank ) is a city commercial bank headquartered in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China. It was established on December 28, 1996. It was formerly known as Zhuhai City Commercial Bank. In April 2011, it was acquired by China Resources Group and renamed Zhuhai China Resources Bank. This was China Resources Group‘s return to the banking industry after selling the Chinese Bank of Hong Kong. Currently, it has 10 branches and 94 branches, all located in the Pearl River Delta region; it also has two holding rural banks in Deqing, Guangdong, and Baise, Guangxi, and has set up a capital operation centre in Qianhai, Shenzhen.
